AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Power of LIFE LLC “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://rockyriverwellness.org/ website or landing page as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Third-party service: Refers to third-party vendors and service providers that assist us in operating the Site, providing our services, processing communications, or supporting our business operations.

You: a person or entity that is registered with Dr. Bryan Ruocco, Power of LIFE LLC to use the Services.
Power of LIFE LLC (“we”, or “us”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Mobile Messaging Terms”). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information are also subject to our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Messaging Program Description:
Power of LIFE LLC may send transactional/non-marketing text messages to users who separately consent to receive them. These messages may include appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service-related notifications, and responses to patient inquiries.
Users who separately consent to marketing messages may also receive promotional text messages regarding our services, clinic updates, special offers, and promotions. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
User Opt-In:
By providing your mobile phone number and selecting the applicable SMS consent checkbox, you voluntarily consent to receive recurring text messages from Power of LIFE LLC at the number provided. You represent that the mobile number provided is valid and that you are the owner or authorized user of that number. Your participation in the SMS Program is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Power of LIFE LLC mobile messaging program. By opting in to receive SMS communications, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
User Opt-Out and Support:
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Power of LIFE LLC. After replying STOP, you may receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again. Our mobile messaging platform may not recognize requests that modify the foregoing commands, and you agree that we and our service providers will not be liable for failing to honor requests that do not comply with the requirements in these Mobile Messaging Terms. We may also change the telephone number or short code we use to operate the Program and we will notify you of any such change. You acknowledge that any requests sent to a telephone number or short code that has been changed may not be received by us and we will not be responsible for failing to honor a request sent to a telephone number or short code that has been changed.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability:
The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Program.
Modifications:
We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Any such modification will take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of those modifications.
